Harmony in physical, mental, spiritual and psychological personality of the individual is an important aspect. All the school programmes strengthens the inter dependence of these personalities of a child. Stamina building exercises, basketball, badminton, volleyball, kho-kho, callisthenics, gymnastics and tae-kwondo have been integrated in the school curriculum to achieve these ends. Indoor games like table tennis, chess, carrom, Chinese checkers are a part of their indoor activities. It has been found that the creativity of students can be nurtured through yoga by cultivating the habit of concentration. Special yoga classes are being conducted in the school to improve the mental and physical fitness of students.
